PASSWORDS. How often should they be CHANGED?

Well from the little i have read it appears most online security experts advice that you change you passwords at least once every three months.

So must you change your account log in information and passwords every three months? I might just get confused or even forget some of my passwords if i have to change my log in information for my Facebook, Wordpress, MySpace,YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Blogger, Gmail, as well as the many other affiliate sites i have signed up with so what next?

The experts say it may be safe for you to wait longer but that will depend a great deal on your computer habits with respect to how and where you surf the net.
